Model aircraft shall only be flown during rented field times\u00a0and when Manoah Steves School is out of session and no organized sporting events or organized public functions are in progress.<\/p>\n

Model Aircraft are permitted on weekends, holidays and during school vacation during the day from 8:00 A.M. until dusk.\u00a0 Club members must adhere to City of Richmond bylaws and\u00a0refrain from making excessive noise in the park\u00a0before 10:00 A.M. on weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n

Model aircraft are permitted after 5:00 P.M. on school days.<\/p>\n
